It's easy! Just follow these four simple steps:
1. E-mail The Creation Station and be sure to include:
- The date of your engagement
- Number of Kits required
- The age or ability of the participants (Easy, Meduim or Hard)
- Your party or gathering theme
- Your approximate budget
- Any ideas you have (for example your little one has his or her heart set on Fairy Wands or Wooden Vehicles)
2. Within ONE BUSINESS DAY, The Creation Station will e-mail you back with ideas and a quote. Once approved by you, we will get busy assembling your customized kit. Many kits can be assembled and ready for pick-up within two business days. Custom kits require more planning .... please allow 5 - 7 business days for completion of custom kits.
3. Fees will be due when you pick up your kit. Depending on your preferences, complete craft kits can range in price from $3 - $20 per child.
4. Have fun crafting! Most kits take approximately 60 minuntes to complete (plus drying time if needed). Timing can vary based on the skill levels of the participants and the level of difficulty you select for your activity.
What Does Each Kit Include?
Everything you need to complete your craft! Craft supplies, glues, scissors, paints, protective table covers, you name it. If it's part of the craft experience, it's included in the kit.
Not a Crafter?
For those of you who are a little less "craft inclined", we have included detailed directions with each craft kit. Still not convinced you can pull it off? For a fee, The Creation Station will come to your party and provide supervision and guidance so you can kick back and relax! We will arrive at your party or gathering ready to set up the activity. We will provide everything needed to complete your craft, including art smocks for your guests! All we need you to provide is a suitable work space and participants. We will provide the participants with cheerful and friendly supervision, guidance and assistance. And guess what? We clean it all up - and we will even take the garbage and recycling home with us!
What About Shipping?
Free: For local orders (Vancouver and surrounding areas) you are welcome to arrange to pick up your order at The Creation Station Headquarters free of charge at a mutually agreed upon date and time.
$5.00: Can't get away or don't want to go trudging on public transit with a big box? No Problem. A Creation Station member will happily deliver your package to your door for the low low fee of $5.00 (Sorry, but this option is only available within greater Vancouver).
$12.00: Flat rate Canadian shipping. Have your order shipped where ever you are! Please note that for orders exceeding $100, actual shipping costs will be charged.
Fees and Such ...
To make your party experience as memorable as possible, The Creation Station tailors all our kits to suit your personal needs and preferences. That being said, kit prices can range in price anywhere from $3 to $20 depending on your selections. For example, tye dyed T's, hand painted sun hats and sleepover friendship pillow cases will cost more per kit than fun foam bookmarks or paper masks.
